Currently, they are seeking Investment Advisory Wealth Managers to join them in their journey of expansion and progress in the following EEA Regions: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

As a Wealth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individual clients through their financial endeavors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of wealth management clients (B2C).
  • Foster enduring client relationships through personalized advisory services and consistent communication.
  • Expand assets under management (AUM) by identifying financial needs and presenting suitable solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and client circumstances to recommend appropriate financial products and services.
  • Offer personalized advice across various wealth avenues, including Lump Sum Investments, Fixed-Income Products, Global Funds, and more.
  • Adhere to regulatory and quality standards while staying abreast of industry developments.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • UK level 4 advisory qualification or willingness to pursue.
  • Prior experience with high net worth clients preferred.
  • Familiarity with investment products such as offshore investments, bonds, or pension products advantageous.
  • Trustworthy, professional, and collaborative team player committed to exceptional service.
  • Sound judgment and risk analysis capabilities.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial sales.
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
