Job description

IDEX Consulting is collaborating with a national financial advisory firm seeking an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to join their expanding team.

Due to ongoing acquisitions in 2024 and 2025, the business needs an IFA to inherit a client book in the Devon office.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing and responding to clients' changing needs and financial circumstances, keeping introducers and clients informed about new financial products and legislative changes affecting pensions, savings, investments, and financial plans.
2. Acquiring and developing new business from both new and existing clients, as well as professional introducers.
3. Developing and maintaining strong client and introducer relationships through meetings, seminars, and ongoing feedback to the team.
4. Conducting comprehensive reviews of clients' financial situations, current provisions, and future goals, analyzing information, conducting research, and preparing tailored financial planning reports covering all advice areas.

The successful candidate must hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
