About

Are you an experienced Financial Advisor seeking an employed role based from home with quality leads and existing clients provided in Plymouth?

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected IFA firm that continually improves its client proposition and features in the industry press for its success.

The business can provide you with an existing client bank to take over, either from internal changes or a retiring Adviser. Your goal is to understand your clients' current and future goals and design easy-to-understand strategies that match their objectives.

In addition to servicing the provided clients, you should aim to convert business opportunities generated through company marketing initiatives. You should also proactively build your portfolio by asking for referrals, networking, and utilizing social media.

You will deliver advice through a mix of in-person meetings at clients' homes or businesses, virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, or at the company’s regional offices.

Financial Advisor Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Advisor with CAS status for financial planning advice
• Open to individuals early in their advising career or highly experienced
• Proven track record in converting business opportunities
• Individuals close to Chartered status are preferred

Full and comprehensive back-office support is provided, including specialist Administrators, Paraplanners, and Compliance Managers. Research, report writing, and client investment management reviews are handled for you, allowing more time with clients.

Training and Development

Access to in-house training programs and support towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

Financial Advisor Benefits

• Salary of £50,000 - £75,000 depending on experience and qualifications
