This employed Financial Advisor job in Shropshire offers an opportunity to take over an established, existing client bank from a retiring Financial Advisor who has been with the business for 10 years. You will join a local financial planning firm.
You will take over approximately 200 clients who are already on ongoing service agreements, with the goal of ensuring maximum retention. A handover is likely to be in place to facilitate a smooth transition for both you and the clients.
You should be capable of generating new business, with leads and enquiries passed to you by the company. The existing client bank also has a proven track record of generating new business through referrals.
Individuals who can actively self-generate business—through networking, professional introducers, or referrals—would be rewarded.
You will be supported by an experienced team of Administrators and Paraplanners, many of whom have been with the business for several years and are familiar with the processes, clients, and providers. Weekly meetings ensure everyone is aligned on tasks.
