GCB Recruitment is seeking a Financial Advisor for a hybrid role in the UK. The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) and will develop within a rapidly growing financial services business.

You will conduct client consultations, provide tailored financial planning, manage investments, and deliver ongoing client service. A full UK driving licence and strong knowledge of UK financial products are required.

Our clients have grown rapidly over the last 12 months and are looking to expand their team with the appointment of a Financial Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at different stages of their careers. Our clients are open to levels of experience and will consider candidates with a Level 4 Diploma, whether experienced or at trainee level, including those with a background in financial administration or support.

The Role

As a Financial Advisor, you will:

• Conduct client consultations and fact finds
• Provide financial planning and advice
• Manage investments and portfolios
• Provide retirement and pension planning
• Deliver ongoing service and client management

Financial Advisor requirements:

• Level 4 Diploma qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of UK financial products
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with either experienced or trainee-level experience will be considered
