FINANCIAL ADVISER - UCKFIELD

A well-established, high-street wealth management practice based in Uckfield is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser to join its close-knit team.

With a strong reputation for delivering advice with integrity, transparency and genuine care for clients, the practice offers a supportive working environment alongside an experienced adviser team and professional support staff.

The focus is on providing high-quality financial advice, building long-term client relationships and ensuring solutions continue to meet clients' needs as their circumstances evolve.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, proactive Financial Adviser who enjoys working in a supportive, office-based environment with access to new leads and strong administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing clear, compliant financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Managing and developing long-term client relationships.
• Recommending suitable financial solutions and reviewing arrangements as clients' circumstances change.
• Meeting clients primarily in the office, maintaining a strong on-site presence.
• Working collaboratively with an established and experienced adviser team.
• Delivering a professional, transparent and client-focused service.

Employed Adviser Package

• £60,000 basic salary.
• Split of Initial Adviser Fees (IAF).
• New leads provided.
• Outsourced administrative support, including report writing and post.
• Office-based working, approximately 2 - 3 days per week.
• Excellent client retention and an established, stable adviser environment.

About You

• Ideally, a minimum of two years' financial advising experience, although candidates with less experience will be considered for the right individual.
• A strong work ethic with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• A professional, transparent and client-focused attitude.
• Candidates with a bank assurance background are welcome.
• Comfortable working within a high-street, office-based practice.

Self-Employed Opportunities

Self-employed Financial Advisers will also be considered, with an attractive proposition available, including:

• Monthly financial support for the first two years, which is non-repayable.
• Generous Initial Adviser Fee (IAF) and Ongoing Adviser Fee (OAF) splits.
