About the Client

Our client is an award winning Financial Advisory firm, and they are looking for an Adviser to support their Financial Advisers.

Previous experience within financial planning is essential. Experience with pensions would be an advantage.

My client is looking for someone willing to learn and take some financial exams (paid for by the company).

Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am 5.00pm (normally finish at 4.00pm Friday)

Location: Office Based, Milton Keynes in beautiful riverside offices, working with a dynamic, professional and friendly team

About the Role

As a Financial Adviser Support you will take responsibility for the ongoing relationships for a portfolio of clients and supporting the financial adviser by performing tasks such as:

  • Creating Annual Review Reports accurately
  • Creating Valuations
  • Performing fund switches on client portfolios
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via phone calls, email and letters
  • Expected to attend networking event every one to two weeks
  • Sitting on the Financial Adviser client meetings with clients as well as actioning any outcomes, updating client fact-find and client notes.
  • Dealing with client queries (via liaison with the financial adviser) in the expected time frame
  • Build a strong relationship with clients
  • Assist with general office duties required within a small specialist company
