Job summary

Ellis James Partners in Northampton seeks a Financial Adviser to inherit an established client bank and conduct annual reviews, without wining new business. You will be supported by an experienced Lead Adviser while building confidence in client meetings.

Hybrid working with strong paraplanning support, mentoring, and a focus on pensions, investments and protection. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is preferred, and a client-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience moving from paraplanning to advisory.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing financial planning across pensions, investments and protection.
• Build trusted relationships with existing clients and maintain service levels.
• Provide quality financial advice without cold-calling.
• Utilise paraplanning support and mentoring during handover.
