Ellis James Partners in London and Bournemouth is seeking a Financial Adviser to join an established wealth management practice. You'll receive clients to help you build momentum while developing your own long-term client bank with dedicated admin, paraplanning and marketing teams behind you.

There are self-employed and employed packages: guaranteed income of £36,000 with existing clients and revenue splits; employed package with salary up to £60,000 and a clear pathway to self-employment.

With dedicated administration, paraplanning and marketing teams behind you, you'll spend more time advising clients and less time managing paperwork.

Self-Employed Financial Adviser

For advisers who want the rewards of running their own business without starting from scratch.

Package includes:

• £36,000 guaranteed income
• Existing clients to get you started
• 70% Initial Advice Fees (self-generated business)
• 60% Initial Advice Fees (provided clients)
• 50/50 split on Ongoing Advice Fees
• Revenue splits increase as your business develops
• Six-year Ongoing Advice Fee payout on exit (subject to a minimum of 10 years' service or £800,000 of revenue generated)
• Dedicated administration, paraplanning and marketing support

This model provides immediate earning potential while allowing you to build a valuable long-term recurring income stream.

Employed Financial Adviser

Ideal for advisers who want financial security with the opportunity to progress into self-employment in the future.

Package includes:

• Salary up to £60,000
• Existing clients provided
• 30% Initial Advice Fees (self-generated business)
• 20% Initial Advice Fees (provided clients)
• Full administration, paraplanning and marketing support
• Clear pathway to transition into the self-employed model
