Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice that is looking to hire a Financial Adviser to join their team in Horsham. They seek a qualified IFA eager to join a busy practice. Client leads will be provided to the successful candidate.

Your role involves providing financial planning and investment advice to both new and existing clients, always adhering to the firm's principles. You will offer financial guidance, make product recommendations, research marketplace options, identify client needs, design financial strategies, and close sales.

You will spend your days discussing clients' financial objectives and risk tolerances, then recommending appropriate strategies. To excel, you should have the necessary licenses and in-depth knowledge of current financial products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to assess expenses, income, insurance, financial goals, tax status, and risk tolerance to develop comprehensive financial plans.
  • Analyze financial data to craft strategies that meet clients’ goals and guide them toward profitable, secure decisions.
  • Maintain and grow the client base through relationship building.
  • Network and generate leads by promoting the company to potential clients, valuers, providers, solicitors, and other professionals.
