Salary/Rate: Up to £50,750 in year 1 and up to £53,000 in year 2 + bonus
Are you a financial planner seeking support and structure?
You love being a financial planner but need access to clients, direction, and a supportive environment. This firm offers a business model that invests in you, provides clients, and supplies the necessary resources for your development. It pays a salary and presents clients to you, rather than expecting you to find them yourself.
This national business acquires clients from retiring advisers, and those clients need an adviser — that adviser will be you.
You will join an existing team of over 40 advisers to ensure ongoing excellent service for existing clients. You'll build trust, develop new business, and have access to top-tier technology and dedicated support staff, allowing you to focus on clients rather than admin.
Long-term, you may choose to move into a self-employed role with a firm offering some of the best commission splits available. Three team members have already made this transition, but this is entirely your choice.
In the short term, you'll receive a stable income. In year one, earnings will be between £48,750 and £50,750, excluding sales bonuses. By year two, this will increase to up to £53,000 annually, also excluding sales bonuses.
This remuneration package includes:
Additionally, there is a sales bonus where you earn extra income as new client funds are invested.
Regarding onboarding and training, you'll benefit from a structured environment that has successfully trained over 30 advisers with no prior financial planning experience. After your induction, you can opt for a hybrid working model or work from home, with occasional visits to the office in Newcastle once or twice a month.
If you apply, you'll join a profitable, growing company with a strong track record of staff development and a positive work environment, offering one of the best career pathways in the industry.
Requirements:
You should have around 2 years of post-CAS experience as a financial adviser/planner and hold suitable Level 4 qualifications.
Location-wise, the role is best suited for candidates in the North or Midlands, with hybrid or remote working arrangements and travel to Newcastle 1-2 times per month.
