Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking a qualified Financial Adviser to join their Glasgow team in a hybrid role. You will provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions and protection, and conduct reviews to tailor recommendations for clients.

The successful candidate will build lasting client relationships, prepare suitability reports, and ensure compliance with FCA standards while collaborating with Adviser Support and Paraplanning colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified Financial Adviser with Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.
• Current SPS and demonstrable experience providing regulated financial advice.
• Strong knowledge across investments, pensions and protection.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Up-to-date CPD record and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and financial planning.
• Conduct client reviews and provide tailored advice based on needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare suitability reports and personalised financial plans.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure advice aligns with FCA, Consumer Duty and internal compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Adviser Support and Paraplanning teams.

We are working with a growing financial services firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team in Glasgow.

The Role

• Provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and wider financial planning.
• Conduct client reviews and provide tailored advice based on individual needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare suitability reports and personalised financial plans.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure advice is delivered in line with FCA, Consumer Duty and internal compliance standards.
• Work closely with Adviser Support and Paraplanning colleagues.

About You

We're looking for a qualified Financial Adviser who has:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, CISI or equivalent).
• Current SPS and demonstrable experience providing regulated financial advice.
• Strong knowledge across investments, pensions and protection.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused approach.
• A good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• An up-to-date CPD record and full UK driving license.

Level 6 or Chartered status would be advantageous but is not essential.
