A leading financial services firm is seeking dedicated financial advisers to support a growing client base acquired from retiring advisers. With a structured onboarding process and competitive remuneration, this role offers the chance to develop a rewarding career while providing exceptional client support in a positive environment.
Things haven't quite gone to plan, have they?
You love being a financial planner, but you're at a stage in your career where you need support, access to clients, and clear direction. You need a business that invests in you, providing the structure and resources to help you develop. Ideally, one that pays a salary and brings clients to you, rather than expecting you to find them yourself.
This firm will do all of that.
This national business acquires clients from retiring advisers. These clients need an adviser, and that adviser will be you.
You'll join an existing team of over 40 to ensure ongoing excellent service for current clients. You'll build trust and develop new business along the way. You'll have access to some of the best technology on the market and support from a dedicated customer care team. Your time will be spent with clients, not on admin.
Long-term, you'll have the option to move into a self-employed role with a firm that offers some of the best commission splits available. Three team members have already 'graduated' to this. But the choice is yours.
In the meantime, you'll receive a proper income. In year one, you'll earn GBP48,750 - GBP50,750, excluding sales bonuses. By year two, this will increase to GBP53,000 per annum, still without sales bonuses.
This remuneration package includes:
Once operational, there is also a sales bonus for new client investments, providing additional income.
Regarding onboarding and training, you'll find a highly structured environment. It has trained and developed over 30 advisers with no prior financial planning experience, so you'll be in good hands.
After your induction, you can choose to work on a hybrid basis or from home, with office visits once or twice a month. If you apply, you'll join a profitable, growing business with a strong track record in staff development and a positive work environment. It offers one of the best career pathways in the industry.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You should have around 2 years of post-CAS experience as a financial adviser or planner, with suitable level 4 qualifications. Depending on your location, you'll work hybrid or remotely, with travel to Newcastle 1-2 times a month. It's ideal if you're based in the North or Midlands.
