Job summary

Ellis James Partners Ltd in London is seeking a Financial Adviser to join their team on a self-employed basis. You will start with an existing client bank of 75–100 clients, receiving full back-office support and access to leads, with ongoing mentoring from an experienced Partner to help you build a long-term advisory business.

You will have the opportunity to generate income while developing your own client book, benefiting from Academy training and structured guidance.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualified professional or equivalent experience in financial advice.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing client bank of 75–100 clients from day one.
• Build relationships with clients to understand financial planning needs and identify opportunities for advice.
• Provide ongoing advisory services with back-office support and access to leads from the Partner.
• Proactively develop own book and contribute to business growth while delivering high-quality service.

A growing St. James's Place Partner Practice in London is looking for a Financial Adviser to join their team on a self-employed basis.

With 75-100 existing clients ready to be serviced from day one, you'll have an immediate platform to generate income while developing your own client book and long-term business.

Whether you're an experienced adviser or a Level 4 qualified professional looking to move into advice, you'll have access to structured Academy training, one-to-one mentoring from an experienced Partner and ongoing support to develop as a successful financial adviser.

The opportunity
You'll take responsibility for building relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial planning needs and identifying opportunities to provide further advice.

You'll have full back-office support, ongoing guidance from the Partner and access to leads to help develop your business. Alongside looking after the clients provided, you'll be expected to take a proactive approach to generating opportunities, strengthening relationships and growing your own client book.

This is a role for someone who wants the support of an established practice while taking ownership of their own development and commercial success.

The package

• £2,500 monthly guaranteed payment, reviewed after 12 months
• 70% of initial advice fees (IAF)
• 50% of ongoing advice fees (OAF)
• 75-100 existing clients ready to be supported
