The team have been serving their local community for over 20 years, managing £300 million in assets. Following a recent restructuring, they are embarking on an ambitious growth strategy over the next 5 years and we want you to be part of our success story.

As a Financial Adviser you will tasked with growing an existing client bank of circca £15Million AUM, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth strategy.

About the Role

  • Building and nurturing client relationships through exceptional service and trust-building.
  • Converting leads from professional introducers and online enquires (64% conversion rate)
  • Generating referrals by networking with accountants, solicitors, and other professionals.
  • Providing expert financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
  • Combining new client acquisition with managing existing client portfolios.
  • Receive 1-2-1 support from a qualified Paraplanner so you can fucus on budling relationship with existing and new customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven financial advisory experience, with strong consultancy sales and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to achieving Chartered status (or already Chartered).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes and driving new business growth.
