Looking to continue your journey in Financial Services and become a crucial part of a friendly team?

Based in a beautiful working location, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser who can develop and execute a personal business plan and consistently exceed company objectives. In this role, you will seek both new clients and service existing ones. Additionally, you will analyse market trends and competitor landscapes, ensuring their continuous edge in the evolving financial services industry. Collaboration with other departments is crucial to enhance product offerings and elevate the overall customer experience.

The primary objective is to provide a strong adviser presence in the office while acquiring clients and assisting the team in servicing existing clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven track record in financial service sales with an in-depth knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations.
2. At least a Level 4 qualification.
3. Proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Salary up to c.£45,000 (subject to review after probation period).
