A boutique Wealth Management firm in London is looking to hire an experienced Financial Adviser who excels in developing new client relationships and advising high-net-worth individuals. This is an exceptional opportunity for an adviser who wants to build a scalable client book with full support across investment management, paraplanning, marketing, and lead generation.
Base salary up to £130,000 depending on experience
50% bonus on new client assets under management (AUM), If you onboard £10 million AUM a year your bonus will be roughly £36,550)
Yearly discretionary bonus, which is 10% of salary
Equity potential – share options available for long-term wealth creation
Hybrid working model – flexible with around 2 days/week in a central London office
Warm inbound leads and proactive marketing support
Top-quartile investment portfolios managed by a dedicated in-house investment team
Full paraplanning and compliance support to keep your focus on clients
Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients (typically £500,000–£10m AUM)
Deliver personalised financial advice covering investment planning, tax, pensions, and estate planning
Actively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure financial strategies align with client goals
Work alongside paraplanners, investment analysts, and business development teams
Diploma Level 4 qualified
Demonstrable experience in financial advice and client acquisition
Transferable client base of £10m–£30m AUM (post-covenant) is desirable
Strong understanding of UK financial planning, tax, and investment products
Highly motivated, client-focused, and comfortable operating in a boutique environment
