Things haven't quite gone to plan, have they?

You love being a financial planner, but you're at a stage in your career where you need support. You need access to clients, guidance, and a structured environment. You want a business that invests in you, provides resources for your development, pays a salary, and introduces clients to you—without expecting you to find them yourself.

This firm offers all of that.

This national business acquires clients from retiring advisers. These clients need an adviser, and that adviser will be you.

You will join an existing team of over 40 to ensure ongoing excellent service for current clients. You will build trust and develop new business. You will have access to top technology and the support of a dedicated customer care team. Your focus will be on clients, not admin.

Long-term, you have the option to move into a self-employed role with a firm offering some of the best commission splits. Three team members have already made this transition, but the choice is yours.

In the meantime, you will receive a competitive income. In year one, you can earn GBP48,750 - GBP50,750, excluding sales bonuses. By year two, this can increase to GBP53,000 annually, also excluding bonuses.

This remuneration package includes:

• A starting salary of GBP36,000 - GBP38,000 (dependent on experience)
• A KPI/compliance bonus (focused on client care, retention, and file quality, not sales) adding GBP12,750 in year one and GBP15,000 from year two onwards

Once established, there is also a sales bonus for new client investments, providing additional income.

Regarding onboarding and training, you'll benefit from a well-structured environment. This program has trained over 30 advisers with no prior financial planning experience, so you'll be in excellent hands.

After induction, you can work on a hybrid basis or from home, with office visits once or twice a month. What you'll need:

• Approximately 2 years of post-CAS experience as a financial adviser or planner
• Suitable Level 4 qualifications
• Depending on your location, either hybrid or remote work, with travel to Newcastle 1-2 times a month. Being based in the North or Midlands is preferred.
