Job summary

Financial Divisions in Ipswich is seeking a Financial Administrator on a full-time basis to support Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in a growing Wealth Management practice. The role offers career progression, study support, and hybrid working to fit with a proactive, client-focused team.

You will assist with market research, help prepare suitability reports, and manage LOA end-to-end processes while maintaining strong client contact and preparing documentation for Advisors.

Qualifications

• 18 months+ experience within wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service coordinator.
• Hybrid working with study support available.

• Support Paraplanners and Financial Advisers with report preparation and LOA end-to-end processes.

Our client a forward thinking and growing Wealth Management based in Ipswich , with offices across a number of regions. They have enjoyed continued growth over the last year as a result of both organic and acquisition activities. They are now looking for additional Financial Administrator to support for the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers within their Essex office. As a Financial Administrator you will be working with the Paraplanners and Advisors as they prepare the suitability reports, manage the LOA end to end process, maintain client contact and deal with all client tasks, arrange and prepare documentation for Advisors more.

The Financial Administrator role offers a high degree of variety as they work across the whole of market, so you will assist with product research as part of your role.
