Financial Divisions in Essex (Colchester area) are seeking a Financial Administrator to support Paraplanners and Advisers across the wealth management team. The role offers study support and hybrid working with a clear career path.

You will assist with product research across the whole market, drawing on 12 months+ wealth management experience and strong client service coordination to manage client tasks and LOA processes.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience in wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service co-ordinator.

Responsibilities

• Support Paraplanners and Financial Advisers with suitability reports.
• Manage LOA end-to-end process and maintain client contact.
• Arrange and prepare documentation for Advisors.
