Job Description

Offices Near Chelmsford, Essex

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Hybrid working, Bonus, Study Support & Career Progression Plan)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-established Wealth Management firm near Chelmsford in Essex. Due to expansion and internal promotion, they are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team, offering a clear career path. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to expand their network within a growing, collaborative team.

My client has been providing high-quality financial and investment planning services for over 20 years. They value their clients by offering non-jargon, ethical advice, which has resulted in strong client loyalty. Their business is referral-based, emphasizing quality service over advertising. They also prioritize their staff, providing careers rather than jobs, and foster a friendly, supportive working environment. They offer advice on pensions, investments, protection, intergenerational financial planning, trusts, and estate planning across Essex, Hertfordshire, and central London.

They are looking for a Financial Administrator with:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally within financial services
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, client-focused approach
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities of the Financial Administrator include:

  • Providing technical and administrative support to Advisers
  • Handling queries from clients and third parties
  • Preparing files with compliance documentation, meeting packs, illustrations, and supporting documents
  • Ensuring files are complete with client identification and application forms
  • Progressing applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties
  • Booking client appointments for advisers
  • Assisting with Letters of Authority with clients and third parties

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join an established, growing practice with a supportive culture where the client always comes first. The role is essential for the ongoing success of the business. If interested, please contact or send your CV to Sam at Financial Divisions.
