An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-established Wealth Management firm near Chelmsford in Essex. Due to expansion and internal promotion, they are looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to join their team, offering a clear career path. The position is for a Financial Administrator with the following qualities:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably within financial services

Duties include:

  • Providing technical and administrative support to Advisers
  • Handling queries from clients and third parties
  • Preparing files with compliance documentation, review meeting packs, illustrations, and supporting documents
  • Ensuring files contain all necessary client identification and application forms
  • Processing applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties
  • Booking client appointments for advisers
  • Assisting with Letters of Authority with clients and third parties
