Type of Position: Financial Administrator (IFA) - Ashford, Kent
Pay: £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the businesses financial advisers with administration/support duties relating to a range of Investments and
  • Pensions, including SIPP providers and pension drawdown cases.
  • Preparing and maintaining client files and annual review packs, including valuation statements.
  • Client liaison and responding to client requests.
  • Using providers platforms to complete transactions and request policy information.
  • Adherence to GDPR regulations and client confidentiality.

Looking for a candidate:

  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process.
