Job Description

Study Support

We are collaborating with a top regional financial planning company in the Southeast to find a qualified Financial Planning Administrator.

This well-managed, professional IFA practice has a stellar reputation for diligent, moral, and comprehensive wealth management advice. They are seeking to hire a Wealth Planning Administrator with prior experience in an IFA Practice or the broader wealth management industry to support a long and fulfilling career as an Independent Financial Advisor.

The firm offers a unique opportunity: it works with clients referred by family law firms, assists clients through complex divorces, and helps with intergenerational estate planning and financial stability after a family member's loss. You will be required to develop and maintain close personal relationships with clients while advancing your career in wealth management.

The role:

  • Interact with clients, create reports for review meetings, and perform other related duties.
  • Manage the financial administration of pensions, investments, and other financial services.
  • Ideally, have prior experience in an administrative role within an IFA or wealth management practice and a solid understanding of a financial advisor's functions.
  • This is a progressive role requiring explicit experience in a Wealth Management Practice.
  • You may have started earning your Financial Planning Diploma or have a strong desire to do so.

The position offers genuine professional advancement, with opportunities to study paraplanning responsibilities. Full on-the-job training and flexible hybrid working hours will be provided.
