Job summary

A financial services company in Birmingham is seeking a Financial Administrator to provide administrative support to financial advisers. You will ensure client records are maintained, assist in compliance, and facilitate effective communication with clients. Previous experience in financial services administration is preferred, along with strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a financial services administration role (IFA/wealth management background desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of financial products (pensions, investments, protection) is an advantage.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with clients and providers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to advisers and paraplanners.
  • Prepare and process new business applications and client reviews.
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
