Financial Administrator - Burgess Hill

Our client is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to assist in their busy practice in Burgess Hill. This will be a part-time position, 3 days a week. You will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are carried out as instructed, while maintaining contact with relevant people.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining close contact between clients and colleagues
  • Retrieving new and historic information about individual clients
  • Keeping records of all communication with colleagues, clients, and third parties
  • Working alongside financial advisers to gather information for financial reports
  • Assessing client objectives to identify necessary solutions
  • Creating and presenting suitability letters to financial advisers, adhering to company policies and regulations
  • Supporting additional needs of financial advisers, such as acquiring information on processes in business, tax, and other relevant fields
  • Performing duties in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority rules and regulations
  • Staying updated on developments in finance to better serve clients
