We are currently seeking a Financial Administrator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working around 20 hours per week with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

The Role

As a Financial Administrator, you will support the smooth running of our accounts function.

Ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting, and effective financial governance, you will handle daily financial operations, including bank reconciliations, purchase invoice processing, supplier payments, payroll, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

You will also be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, sales forecasts, and annual budgets, while managing credit control to maintain healthy cash flow.

Additionally, you will:

  • Chase debtors and escalate persistent late payers
  • Submit quarterly VAT returns
  • Run the bi-annual stock and work-in-progress counts
  • Assist with shipping and invoicing when necessary
  • Provide timely information to auditors and management as required
About You

To be considered as a Financial Administrator, you will need:

  • A Level 3 AAT qualification
  • Knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • Knowledge of credit control management
  • The ability to work to ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
