An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a well-established accountancy firm. This role can be full-time or part-time, offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 for a 36.25-hour work week.

Role Overview

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will work closely with Financial Planners to manage client relationships, maintain client files, and liaise with product providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage client records using the company's back-office system.
  2. Communicate with product providers and internal teams to implement financial advice.
  3. Partner with Financial Planners to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  4. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  5. Contribute to process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.
  6. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Experience as a Financial Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, Paraplanner, Financial Services Administrator, or in a similar role.
  2. Background in delivering outstanding client services within the financial sector.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with clients and providers.
  4. Proficiency with financial planning software and understanding of regulatory requirements.
