Job description

Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join a financial firm based in Harborne. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing professional support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with clients and providers
  2. Handling client queries
  3. Organising and setting up client meetings
  4. Managing the client onboarding process and collecting accurate information
  5. Maintaining client files and updating data in systems
  6. Coordinating the Managing Director’s diary
  7. Preparing for client review meetings with all necessary documentation
  8. Greeting clients professionally and maintaining a friendly approach

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Professional Services environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional, proactive, and organised approach
  • Proven ability to manage complex diaries
  • Knowledge or experience within Financial Services / Wealth Management (preferred)
