Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager

We are seeking a Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager to join RSM UK in Milton Keynes.

Role Overview

The Manager will support our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services team across the UK, working on technical accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory projects. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Handling complex projects involving accounting standards under FRS102, IFRS, and FRS101, group reconstructions, GAAP conversions, and acquisition accounting support.
  2. Developing expertise in financial reporting and advising clients.
  3. Coaching junior staff and contributing to business development.
  4. Providing exceptional client service and maintaining communication.

Candidate Profile

  1. ACA qualification or equivalent.
  2. Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting.
  3. Background in professional practice or providing written accounting advice to clients.
  4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  5. Experience supervising and coaching junior staff.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
