Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager

We are seeking a Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager to join RSM UK.

Our consulting team offers expertise in six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk and governance. We aim to address our clients' unique needs and help them achieve their organizational goals through data-driven insights, value-added assurance, and high-quality execution.

Joining our team, you will work on technical accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory projects across various regions including Northeast, Northwest, Midlands, South, or London. You will:

  1. Handle challenging projects involving accounting standards under FRS102, IFRS, and FRS101, group reconstructions, and conversion to different GAAPs.
  2. Become a financial reporting specialist and a trusted advisor to clients.
  3. Coach junior staff and contribute to business development.
  4. Provide exceptional client service and maintain communication.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. ACA qualified or equivalent.
  2. Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting.
  3. Background in professional practice or providing written accounting advice.
  4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  5. Experience coaching junior staff.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
