Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager

We are seeking a Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager to join our team.

The role involves supporting our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services team across various UK regions, handling technical accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing technically complex projects involving accounting standards such as FRS102, IFRS, and FRS101, including group reconstructions and conversions to different GAAPs.
  2. Becoming a specialist in financial reporting and providing expert advice to clients.
  3. Coaching junior staff and contributing to business development.
  4. Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining communication as the primary contact.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. ACA qualification or equivalent.
  2. Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting.
  3. Background in professional practice or providing written accounting advice to clients.
  4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  5. Experience supervising and coaching junior staff.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
