  • Becoming a Specialist in financial reporting and a premium advisor to clients.
  • Coaching and developing junior staff and building skills in business development.
  • Delivering exceptional client service through regular updates and being the main point of contact for all communications.
What we are looking for:

  • UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting experience
  • Experience working in a professional practice in an accounting advisory team or providing written accounting advice to clients
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience supervising and coaching junior staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package to support your personal and professional growth.

  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements

  • Wellbeing benefits including financial tools, electric car scheme, and access to a virtual GP
  • Access to over 300 on-demand courses developed by our talent development team
