We are seeking a Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager to join RSM UK in Birmingham.

We are looking for a Manager to support our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services team across various UK regions, working on technical accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Handling technically challenging projects involving accounting standards such as FRS102, IFRS, and FRS101, group reconstructions, GAAP conversions, and acquisition accounting support.
2. Becoming a specialist in financial reporting and providing expert advice to clients.
3. Coaching junior staff and contributing to business development.
4. Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining communication as the primary contact.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. ACA qualified or equivalent.
2. Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting.
3. Background in professional practice or providing written accounting advice.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
5. Experience supervising and coaching junior staff.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
