Your new company

A well-respected, listed real estate business is expanding its UK operations. Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking to hire a Financial Accountant directly from a reputable accounting practice.

Your new role

This role, primarily focused on the UK portfolio, will involve ownership of financial reporting in accordance with UK accounting standards, commercial performance analysis, senior stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

Duties

• Preparation of financial statements for a listed PLC
• Quarterly management accounts production
• Audit liaison and relationship management
• Reporting to the UK Financial Controller and regular group interactions
• Commercial analysis of portfolio performance
• Budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a UK-trained ACA/ACCA from a reputable firm, ideally with property or real estate experience, either in industry or as a client. You will want to work in a growing organization supported by a global, financially stable group.
