Financial Accountant - Part Qualified

Axon Moore are partnering with a successful PE backed client in Chorley, to recruit a part qualified Financial Accountant.

This person will be given the opportunity to drive change and make the role their own, under the mentorship of a high-calibre and supportive Financial Controller. Our client is looking for part qualified/ finalist individuals who have an entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset, who can progress through the business.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparation and review of earnout calculations
2. Preparation of Statutory Accounts
3. Post-acquisition progress reporting & preparation of completion accounts
4. Assisting with the preparation of monthly board packs
5. Assisting with balance sheet reconciliation
6. Assisting with audit & tax queries
7. Budgeting and forecasting
8. Assisting with preparation of FCA returns
9. Support the delivery of other ad-hoc projects as required
