Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to join a growing UK finance team. The role offers genuine ownership of key accounting areas and exposure to senior leadership. Responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, maintaining balance sheet integrity, and supporting Board reporting. Candidates should be ACA or ACCA qualified with around 3 years post-qualification experience. Strong Excel skills and the ability to work in a busy finance environment are also required.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Confident working to deadlines in a busy finance environment.
• Solid MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts for UK entities.
• Owning balance sheet integrity and reconciliations.
• Producing balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.

Skills

ACA or ACCA qualified

Strong understanding of financial statements
