Financial Accountant – Multi-Site Hospitality Group. Central London (on-site) £45,000

About the Role

We are working with a prominent industry leader, a well-established brand with a strong presence in London's hospitality sector.

The Financial Accountant will manage financial reporting, reconciliations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, support statutory audits, analyze performance, and provide insights to guide decision-making and enhance profitability.

As a Financial Accountant, you will serve as the financial backbone across multiple London sites, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and efficiency. You will work closely with senior finance leaders and directors, and your responsibilities will include:

• Managing financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements across all locations.
• Serving as the primary liaison between outsourced finance teams and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end processes, preparing schedules for board reporting and audits.
• Providing financial and statistical reports to partners, landlords, and government agencies, including turnover rent and revenue data.
• Maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations and identifying financial risks.
• Tracking and analyzing discounts and banking discrepancies at the site level.
• Managing intercompany reconciliations across vendors and locations.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting quality.
• Overseeing sales ledger functions, ensuring revenue accuracy and compliance.
