Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in industry.
• Experience compiling statutory accounts and dealing with external auditors.
• Confident in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile statutory accounts and manage the annual audit.
• Manage consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Oversee UK Corporation Tax and US Income Tax filings.
• Lead quarterly consumption tax reconciliations.
• Support EU invoicing and VAT queries.
• Manage various finance admin tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for Private Equity stakeholder reporting.
