Job summary

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP is seeking a Financial Accountant to join our global finance team. The role requires a full understanding of accounting for a complex global organisation with multiple entities, functions and currencies, and strong technical skills in consolidations and statutory financial reporting.

Reporting to the Financial Controller EMEA, you will help lead the EMEA consolidation, prepare statutory statements, and deliver high-quality management information and VAT returns.

Qualifications

• Experience of group consolidated accounting for partnerships and statutory accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and professional team player.

Responsibilities

• Monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly cash and accrued ledger schedules; close month within 3 working days.
• Manage expenditure allocations across locations to support transfer pricing.
• Produce accrued EMEA consolidated financials and statutory accounts.
• Develop management reports and VAT returns for the EMEA region.
