Financial Accountant – Estates Management – Reading – Salary: £50,000 – £55,000.

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Financial Accountant for a business which manages an Estate within the Reading area.

As a Financial Accountant you will produce the monthly management accounts to include P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow. Preparing accruals and journals, KPI’s, capex and property maintenance schedules will all be part of this unique and varied role.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced AAT, CIMA or ACA qualified accountant with exposure to both financial accounting and monthly management accounting with experience of payroll and end of year taxation.

The salary on offer is between £50,000 and £55,000 depending on experience.
