About the Team: The Finance team handles global financial support including operations, accounting, tax, and analysis, covering back-office functions, tax compliance, audits, budgeting, and forecasting.

About the Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager, FMA (EMEA & LATAM), the Financial Accountant manages accounting records for entities in Europe and Latin America, ensuring compliance with local standards, performing month-end tasks, reconciliations, year-end closing, and supporting tax filings.

You Will:

• Perform month-end checks and ensure accurate recording of figures.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations promptly.
• Investigate and resolve ledger issues.
• Assist with audits and statutory accounts.
• Partner with tax teams for timely compliance.
• Process invoices in SAP.
• Prepare financial statements and convert from USGAAP to local GAAP.
• Coordinate with US-based teams for accurate entries.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and standards.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communication.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

You Have:

• Qualified Accountant with 3-6 years of experience.
• Experience with IFRS and UK GAAP financial statements.
• Ability to manage third-party relationships for accounting and tax documentation.
• Experience in a multinational environment with multiple currencies.
• Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, SUMIF).
• Proactive, flexible, and capable of implementing positive change.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
