Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:
  1. The role would entail both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  2. Ensuring daily accounting transactions are posted into Xero.
  3. Assisting with budget trackers / cost reconciliations for conferences (this will be a new process and requires the careful tracking of invoices).
  4. Assisting with the production of monthly finance reports across the business.
  5. Assisting with ad-hoc finance projects and the implementation of new finance processes.

Furthermore, we expect that you:
  1. Have acquired a finance bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results (finance exams are a plus).
  2. 2+ years of experience in finance.
  3. Have a UK work permit.
  4. Have exceptional attention to detail.
  5. Have excellent problem-solving skills.
  6. Are highly process-oriented and systematic.
Start Date

Flexible.

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
