Job summary

JasperRose Limited are partnering with a globally recognised luxury retail brand to appoint a Financial Accountant in London. This hybrid role sits in a collaborative finance team, focusing mainly on Accounts Payable with support across Accounts Receivable, reconciliations and general ledger work.

You’ll also engage in month-end processes, bank reconciliations, and wider finance projects, with a hybrid model (3 days in office). Salary up to £50,000 plus benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across AP, AR, reconciliations and GL
• Confident with Excel and numeric accuracy
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• DTC retail experience is advantageous but not essential
• Curious and improvement-minded, open to process changes

Responsibilities

• Process purchase, expense, inventory and overhead invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support AR function including monitoring inbox billing, posting and allocating payments, and chasing outstanding balances
• Reconciling the AR ledger and producing reporting for month-on-month movements
• Preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Posting general ledger entries and journals as required
• Supporting with ad hoc finance duties and analysis
• Contributing to team projects including process automation and sustainability reporting

Financial Accountant | Permanent | London | Hybrid 3 days in office | £45,000- £50,000 | Luxury Retail |

JasperRose are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised luxury retail brand to appoint a Financial Accountant to their London-based finance team. With a strong international footprint across ecommerce, owned stores, and wholesale the business is in an exciting phase of continued international growth.

This is a hands-on role in a collaborative team, reporting to the Head of Finance. The position is primarily focused on Accounts Payable, with support across Accounts Receivable as shared by the team. You’ll also get involved in reconciliations, general ledger work and wider finance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase, expense, inventory and overhead invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting the AR function including monitoring inbox billing, posting and allocating incoming payments, and chasing outstanding balances
• Reconciling the AR ledger and producing reporting for month-on-month movements
• Preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations

About You

• Strong accounting foundation with previous accounts experience
• Comfortable being hands-on across AP, AR, reconciliations and GL
• Confident Excel user

• Curious and improvement-minded, with a willingness to question processes and bring in change
