Join to apply for the Financial Accountant role at Frontier Agriculture

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs, on a permanent, full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days on-site and 2 days from home.

You will be responsible for the accounting, reporting and financial control of a business division within Frontier alongside supporting with corporate reporting.

About You

Qualified Accountant with a good level of working experience in accounting is essential
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
Possess an assured and professional manner, with good interpersonal skills
Able to build strong working relationships with a varied level of management across the business

Your Role

As a Financial Accountant your role will involve:

Being responsible for accounting, reporting and financial control of the Overheads product line within the business (to include monthly P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, annual budget and forecasting processes plus any ad hoc product line support requirements)
Supporting with corporate reporting including KPIs, internal group reporting
Actively contributing to the development of the department by identifying and implementing improved processes or controls
Providing support to business divisions by offering ‘value added’ innovative solutions to support continual changing business needs
Providing Support to the finance department by offering ‘value added’ input to ongoing department development
General support to financial administration functions, to include Invoice and payment approvals
