Financial Accountant – Join Our Growing Finance Team!

Location: Central London (Pall Mall)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to become an integral part of our dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business while collaborating with senior leadership, including the Managing Director. If you have 3-4 years of experience in finance, a strong understanding of financial processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making.
Conduct balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions efficiently.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Assist in financial analysis and forecasting to support business strategy.
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a fast-paced business environment.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, processes, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong ability to inovate and create new finance processes and structers.
Ability to Build Financial Models
Bonus: A professional qualification (or working towards) such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
