Job description

Job Description

  1. Lead the overheads forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking & reporting process.
  2. Provide regular & ad hoc analysis on overhead spends to key stakeholders.
  3. Drive & provide financial support on all overhead related projects.
  4. Continually look for and challenge ways of reducing overhead cost.
  5. Ensure all Supply co accounting & reporting is timely, complete & accurate.
  6. Review and follow up on relevant monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
  7. Work with tax and other finance teams to ensure tax and other financial reporting is timely and accurate.
  8. Work with Shared Service Center and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate processes are being followed and KPIs achieved for all SSC work associated with your areas of responsibility.
  9. Deliver on Internal Audit requirements, finance projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other ad hoc work on a need basis.
  10. Support the UK Finance team.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Strong SAP experience (or similar system).
  2. Strong Excel skills.
  3. Able to build positive working relationships with stakeholders from across the business.
  4. Able to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial people.
  5. Be a confident communicator.
  6. A process driven and continuous improvement mindset.
  7. A desire to take responsibility and ownership and make a difference.
  8. Flexibility to take on different activities as and when the need arises.
  9. Similar role previous experience advantageous (preferably in Retail or FMCG).
