Are you an experienced Financial Accountant looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a large finance team supporting multiple functions, including Property, Procurement, and Finance.

About the Role

• Location: Docklands
• Work Mode: Hybrid, 50% office-based

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audits, including planning, preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Support year-end financial activities, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with asset notes, financial surveys, and governance-related tasks

Key Requirements

• CPA or CA preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in audit management, financial reporting, and compliance
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
• Experience with an ERP financial system
