Financial Accountant

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Financial Accountant on behalf of a successful, multi entity and rapidly growing business services company.

As Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring financial stability and statutory compliance, including VAT and CIS reporting. You’ll drive improvements in financial controls and efficiencies while collaborating across teams and supporting finance function development.

What will you be doing?

As Financial Accountant, key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure compliance with VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
• Enhance financial controls and streamline processes.
• Support the Financial Accounts Manager in financial management and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and reporting support.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and system improvements.

What are we looking for?

To be successful as Financial Accountant, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Ideally a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent).
• Strong financial reporting and compliance expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills; Sage 200.
• CIS knowledge beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in improving financial processes.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
