Location: Birmingham Position: Financial Accountant Full-Time Salary: £55,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:

Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process.

Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory requirements.

Liaise with auditors and manage the year-end audit process.

Key essentials of the Financial Accountant:

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
